enhance your skills through on-the-job training and external workshops

Day To Day Duties

Working within the Quality Team to understand how the QMS (Quality Management System) for controlled documents is used, maintained and most importantly controlled.
Learning to conduct process audits of key electronic manufacturing areas ensuring all standards are being met and followed.
Using Quality tools and standards to deliver assurance at top tier standard electronics manufacturing plant.
Carrying out under guidance Quality investigations, their root causes, resolve, prevention and assurance to the customer.
Collecting metrics relating to Quality and the department, understanding how they are analysed and how they are used to monitor the performance of the products we build and our department.
Shadowing our Quality Test Technicians
- Understanding how Electronics hardware testing is done and fault finding down to component level is undertaken.
Writing up quality reports using tools and methodology learnt during the training.

Some quality experience by way of education or hobby interest
