Estates Manager - Licensed Leisure
W Talent Property & Real Estate are partnered with a leading Pub Company to appoint a RICS‑qualified Estates Manager to take ownership of a regional pub estate and drive value, income, and operational success.
This is a great opportunity for a Surveyor with experience in the Licensed Leisure sector to join one of the UK's leading Pub operators in a varied and autonomous role.
Responsibilities- Leading the rent assessments reviews and negotiations
- Support field teams on complex tenancy matters
- Manage licensed and non‑licensed property portfolios
- Identify opportunities to grow income and enhance asset value
- Ensure legal and statutory compliance
- Build strong relationships with pub operators and external partners
- RICS qualification with pub valuation experience
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills
- Confident communicator and problem‑solver
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to work independently
- Full UK driving licence
- Mid-Senior level
