This opportunity would suit candidates with experience supporting projects during the early stages of development. Relevant experience may include:
* Preparing and coordinating planning applications
* Supporting the development of business cases
* Liaising with architects, consultants and town-planning teams
* Assisting with refurbishment and regeneration schemes
* Coordinating stakeholders and project information
* Supporting feasibility, planning and pre-construction activities
Experience working on real-estate improvement projects, commercial property developments or large office buildings would be particularly beneficial.
The successful candidates will be organised, commercially aware and confident communicating with a range of internal and external stakeholders. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your project-management career within a respected engineering consultancy
