* hotel aimed at the savvy, value conscious traveller. It is a 152 bedroom hotel with modern design, stylish bedrooms, friendly service and fast, free Wifi. The hotel is in a great, central location, next to The Mall, a 5 minute walk from Luton train station and only 15 minutes from Kenilworth Road Stadium.

What you’ll be doing

In our kitchens, we believe that delicious food served in a welcoming atmosphere is key to a memorable dining experience. As a Commis Chef, you will play an essential role in preparing and delivering a diverse range of appetizing dishes that enhance our guests' experiences.

• Assist in the preparation and presentation of a variety of dishes, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation in a casual dining setting.
• Maintain a focus on quality, with meticulous attention to detail in every dish.
• Follow and adhere to all Health & Safety and Food Hygiene regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for the team.
• Bring enthusiasm and a willingness to learn from experienced chefs, gaining exposure to different cooking techniques and styles.
