LAYLOCKS NURSERIES AND GARDEN CENTRE LIMITED is seeking an experienced Hospitality Manager to take ownership of day-to-day operations in our independent restaurant and deli. You will lead from the front, develop staff and shape the customer experience to support the business's growth.
You will oversee both restaurant and deli operations, manage costs, coach the team, and drive service standards while building supplier relationships and contributing to menu development with the Head Chef.
