Interaction Recruitment Group is seeking a dynamic Sous Chef for a full-time, year-round role at a busy school in Buckinghamshire. Salary is £40,000 per annum with benefits.
The position runs 45 hours per week with overtime paid and a shift pattern from 06:30-15:00 or 11:00-19:30, including up to 25 weekends per year. You will lead day-to-day kitchen operations, oversee high-volume cooking from fresh ingredients (feeding up to 1200 pupils daily), and support the Head Chef in delivering
