The Goodwood Group is seeking a Demi Chef de Partie for Kennels Kitchen to join a close-knit culinary team. You will work alongside the Senior Sous Chef to develop skills and contribute to exceptional dining experiences for members.
You will prepare and cook to high standards, manage stock for your section, and uphold top hygiene and safety standards while learning from senior chefs and contributing ideas.
