The Nici Hotel Bournemouth is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our vibrant kitchen team on the South Coast. You will be responsible for running the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence and delivering high‑volume, quality dishes across our restaurant and bar concepts.
We look for a minimum of two years’ experience at Junior Sous or Chef de Partie level, with pastry experience desirable, and a solid understanding of FCOS targets and current food hygiene legislation.
