The Cow & Sow is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our farmshop and kitchen team in the United Kingdom. You will take responsibility for a kitchen section, preparing and presenting dishes to high standards using seasonal, locally sourced ingredients.
Working closely with the Head Chef, you will support the development of seasonal dishes, maintain food safety standards, and mentor junior team members. A passion for quality food and teamwork is essential.
