Sartoria Liverpool Street is seeking a Sous Chef to lead our kitchen team toward culinary excellence. You will supervise cooking techniques, food presentation, and safety while supporting chefs across sections.
During peak periods you’ll command the pass and help ensure timely, high-quality service. In the absence of the Head Chef, you’ll oversee operations, maintain standards, and collaborate with front-of-house to deliver memorable dining experiences.
