Chester Zoo is seeking a Lead Chef to join our culinary team and help deliver memorable dining across venues such as Manado street food, the colleague canteen, and The Oakfield gastro pub. You will lead day-to-day kitchen operations, work with quality ingredients and uphold sustainable values within a 128-acre site.
You will support the Sous Chef, develop menus, train staff, and ensure health, safety and stock are managed to deliver world-class dining experiences.
