Chef Results Limited is recruiting a Sous Chef for a popular country pub with a busy dining operation. You will work alongside the Chef Patron with a view to taking control of the kitchen in the future, and you will have input on seasonal menus and the regularly changing specials board.
You will be part of a small team of up to 3 chefs, covering kitchen sections and running service. Benefits include straight shifts, meals on duty, share of tips, Sundays nights and Mondays off, uniform provided,
