We’re looking for a Retail Assistant who will be the face of our business, delivering exceptional customer service for a major High Street brand on a part‑time basis, contracted to 7.5 hours per week. You’ll join a team that takes real pride in what they do, in their food and most of all, in its people.

Staggered shifts.

• Serve customers, ensuring they receive an easy and seamless personalised experience.
• Be knowledgeable about our service and help customers with natural, engaging service.
• Represent a major High Street brand and maintain a positive brand image.
• Handle cash and operate the cash register.
• Comply with Health and Safety regulations.

• Have a passion for delivering outstanding service, greeting customers with a smile and serving them with pride.
• Take initiative and make decisions that are right for our customers.
• Be an excellent team player with great communication skills.
• Have a desire to succeed in your role.
• Possess the ability to work under pressure.
• Demonstrate great time‑keeping and reliability.
