Responsibilities

Driving customer service standards in your store.
Driving sales in store and ensuring site profitability.
Training, coaching and developing your team.
Ensure company and brand standards are maintained as well as adhering to H&S guidelines.
Achieving store and company KPI’s.
Keeping up with current trends, including competitor analysis.
Being an active presence on your shop floor.

Requirements

Demonstrable experience as a Store Manager in a large format or big box retail environment.
Hands-on, commercial and results-driven retail leader with a passion for coaching and developing teams.
Ability to deliver world-class customer service and maintain brand standards.
