Co-op Digital in Luton is hiring a Customer Team Leader to run a busy Co-op store on a part‑time contract. You’ll lead a small team across shifts, including early mornings, afternoons and at least one weekend, helping to deliver essential services to the community.
You’ll stay hands‑on on the shop floor and tills, mentor colleagues, support merchandising and stock accuracy, and champion Co‑op membership with shoppers and local partners.
