Lidl is seeking a Retail Shift Manager to uphold store standards, lead a team, and ensure the shop runs smoothly in a fast-paced environment.
You’ll receive a competitive hourly pay rate of £15.45, plus £2.00 per hour for bank holidays and £3.50 per hour for night shifts, along with a generous benefits package including 30–35 days holiday (pro rata), 10% in-store discount, enhanced family leave, a pension scheme and long service awards. Lidl supports training and progression.
