The RoleAs an Assistant Manager, you’ll play a key part in leading our London team — driving performance, inspiring excellence, and delivering an unforgettable customer experience.
What You’ll Do- Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations and team leadership.
- Motivate and inspire your team to deliver exceptional service and exceed sales targets.
- Maintain visual and operational standards that reflect our brand identity.
- Drive store performance through strong communication, coaching, and accountability.
- Identify new opportunities to improve processes and elevate the customer experience.
- Manage key operational areas — from sales and staffing to stock and safety.
- Lead by example, showing what great service and leadership look like every day.
- Experienced in retail leadership — ideally within Streetwear, lifestyle or premium fashion.
- A confident communicator and motivator who builds strong, high‑performing teams.
- Commercially focused with an eye for detail and operational excellence.
