- Analyse performance data to identify trends, emerging risks, opportunities, and areas requiring management attention.
- Develop insightful dashboards, reporting packs, and visualisations that support effective decision‑making.
- Work closely with programme managers, finance teams, project controls, and PMO colleagues to improve reporting quality and consistency.
- Provide assurance on the accuracy and integrity of portfolio data, challenging assumptions where necessary.
- Support the delivery of customer reporting commitments, ensuring contractual requirements and deadlines are met.
- Drive continuous improvement through automation, standardisation, and simplification of reporting processes.
- Present key insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders, helping them make informed decisions and take proactive action.

- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- A proactive approach to problem‑solving and continuous improvement.
- Advanced capability in reporting and visualisation tools such as Power BI and Excel.
- High levels of attention to detail and a commitment to data quality.
- The confidence to challenge information constructively and influence decision‑making.
