Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Manager located in Borehamwood. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying client needs, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring service delivery aligns with client expectations. Daily responsibilities include handling inquiries, maintaining up-to-date client records, resolving issues promptly, and identifying opportunities for business growth. The role requires efficient communication, client-focused service, and attention to detail.
