• Identify and engage prospective SME clients through outbound calls, email campaigns, and in person interactions
• Research local companies to understand their operations and potential shipping requirements
• Generate interest and book initial meetings to explore opportunities further
• Conduct discovery conversations to uncover supply chain challenges and inefficiencies
• Recommend tailored shipping solutions that deliver both financial and operational benefits
• Present proposals in a clear, commercially focused manner
• Take part in ongoing training including coaching sessions, roleplay exercises, and real world selling scenarios
• Build and manage your own pipeline, tracking activity and progress toward targets
• Close new business with support from experienced mentors and sales leaders

• £35,000 basic salary with uncapped commission potential
