Telesales Executive

About the Role

• Salary: £34,073 (inclusive of £5,400 on‑target commission). Potential to earn up to £7,560 if exceeding target.
• Commission: up to £450 per month for hitting targets, up to £630 per month for exceeding targets.
• Holiday: 21 days (plus 8 bank holidays). 3% employer pension.
• Work schedule:
  
  5 days per week in the Luton office, 8.30am – 5pm. This is FULL TIME in the office.

• Call cold and warm leads to create a pipeline of new business opportunities, building relationships with new clients and providing Waste Solutions for SME businesses – identifying customer needs while delivering on targets such as sales performance and revenue.
• Operate in a specific geographic area, working closely with our teams to achieve goals. Communication is crucial.
• Speak professionally and knowledgeably, telling customers about the recycling ethos and explaining why non‑landfill options are the future.

• Driven, experienced and IT‑literate, with a proven track record in sales.
• Background in the waste industry not essential – training provided. Must be capable of cold calling, direct selling, presenting to clients via Teams, and negotiating at all levels.
