Rental Sales Agent – Luton Airport

Europcar Mobility Group is looking for enthusiastic Rental Sales Agents to work at our Luton Airport location. As a front‑desk team member, you will deliver world‑class customer service, promote additional services, and help customers with their onward journeys.

• Provide a high‑quality rental service to meet customer needs.
• Be commercially aware, recognise and report on prospective business opportunities and competitor activity.
• Sell the company’s services and products to achieve sales targets.
• Handle telephone enquiries in a polite and professional manner.
• Accurately complete all rental administration and vehicle documentation, including damage reporting.
• Ensure responsibility for cash, vehicles, premises, and customer safety.

• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Positive attitude and professional appearance.
• Strong influencing skills and enthusiasm for selling.
• Good time‑management, prioritisation, and organisational skills under pressure.
• Attention to detail and adherence to procedures.
• Full, valid clean driving licence; a minimum of four years’ driving experience desirable.

• Competitive basic salary and OTE earnings opportunity – up to £45 000.
