• Welcome and engage customers in a friendly, professional manner
• Listen carefully, answer questions and explain available options
• Resolve straightforward concerns and escalated when appropriate
• Identify suitable sales opportunities without compromising service
• Represent client brands accurately and responsibly

• A patient, personable and customer-first approach
• Good listening skills and clear verbal communication
• Confidence working with targets while maintaining service quality
• Customer service, hospitality or retail experience is helpful but not required

• Ongoing coaching and practical development
• Progression based on results, reliability and demonstrated capability
• Team recognition, incentives and selected travel opportunities
