North of Thames up to Milton Keynes
Remuneration:
Up to £48,000 + Up to £10,000 Bonus

The role of the Area Sales Manager Porcelain Surfaces/ Slabs will involve:
Field sales role selling a manufactured range of large format porcelain slabs for kitchen worktops, furniture, flooring, wall cladding and facades
70-80% of your time will be spent stimulating demand with kitchen retail showrooms, smaller amount with architects, interior designers, house builders
Remainder of time ensuring 100% of the revenue is fulfilled through an established base of stone and worktop fabricators
Inheriting an area turning over approx... £400,000 (circa 80% of target YTD)
Four days per week on the road visiting customers, typically 4-5 appointments per day
Assisting with merchandising, training, developing and nurturing kitchen studios, kitchen & bathroom retailers as required
The ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Manager Porcelain Surfaces/ Slabs with:2 years+ field sales experience from within the kitchen & bathroom industry
Ideally sold into a mix of customers to include; stone and worktop fabricators, kitchen retail showrooms, architects, interior designers and house builders
Driven and motivated to succeed
Professional and prepared with strong organisation and territory management capability
Prepared to do long days as required
