Airport Warehouse & Security Screening Specialist

We’re looking for reliable, detail-focused Warehouse & Security Screening Operatives to join an exciting, brand-new operation at London Luton Airport.

This full‑time permanent role involves working in a warehouse setting as part of the wider airport operation. You will keep goods moving safely, perform security screening, and maintain high security standards within the consolidation centre.

• Carry out daily duties in the consolidation centre, ensuring full compliance with aviation security procedures and safety standards.
• Receive deliveries from suppliers and conduct visual checks for signs of tampering.
• Accurately book in deliveries using the relevant systems.
• Prepare goods for security screening in line with regulations.
• Operate X‑ray screening equipment to inspect goods and ensure compliance with security standards.
• Maintain a secure environment by challenging unauthorised access to the Unknown Goods Area when required.

• Ability to provide 5 years of continuous employment history.
• Successful completion of DBS check and Counter Terrorist Check (CTC).
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in a highly regulated environment.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify irregularities.
• Comfortable with lifting, moving and handling goods as part of daily duties.
• Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or security is desirable but not essential.

Applicants must be able to work either any 5 days out of 7 or on a 4‑on, 4‑off shift pattern.

Full training is provided, including Counterbalance Forklift Truck training, with real opportunities for development and progression.

• Annual salary of £28,080.00.
