We are seeking a skilled Builder to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set in construction, demonstrating proficiency in various building techniques and tools. This role involves working on a range of projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.

* Responsibilities
* * Use heavy machinery appropriately

* Install and repair different types of building components, such as foundations, framing, and finishes

* Erect, maintain and dismantle scaffolding

* Soundproof or waterproof structures

* Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations

* Communicating with clients to understand their needs and preferences

* Requirements
* * Proven experience in building or construction roles is essential.

* Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools safely.

* Knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing techniques, masonry work, and roofing installations is highly desirable.

* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues on-site.

* Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.

* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

* Good physical fitness is required for lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods.

* A valid driver’s licence may be advantageous for travel between job sites.
