Requirements
- Someone with Tenancy Sustainment experience.
- Conduct periodic check-ins (e.g. 3 and 6 months) with clients who have already been supported to move into Private Rented Sector accommodation
- Reinforcing client skills learned during initial support
- Encouraging clients with self-management of tenancy while remaining accessible
- Reducing client’s long-term dependency on services
- Check-in with landlord/agents to review rent account, tenancy conduct, and wellbeing
- Early identification of emerging risks of homelessness
- Prevents recurrence of homelessness
