Resident Liaison Officer – Part‑time (Fixed Term)
Salary: £33,816–£41,486 per annum (pro‑rate).
Hours:
18 per week.
Location:
Luton, Hartwood House.
- Deliver a project coordinating permanent and temporary moves for residents within the Live Smart scheme that is being decommissioned.
- Support residents through the move process, ensuring moves are managed smoothly and service promises are communicated effectively.
- Provide information, guidance and signposting to relevant internal and external services to aid residents’ housing journey.
- Offer tailored support to vulnerable residents to achieve positive outcomes.
- Ensure resident views are heard and acted upon.
- Ability to travel across the local region as and when required.
- Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom and no visa sponsorship will be offered.
- Must reside in England or Wales during the employment period.
- Basic Criminal Record Check clearance required.
- Hybrid role: split time between home, the Luton office and the Live Smart property.
- Fixed term contract/secondment until December 2027.
