I am working with a high growth AI company that is building and delivering production grade AI and automation systems for large, complex organisations. They are looking to hire a Lead AI Solutions Engineer to play a central role in how solutions are designed, structured, and delivered.

This position sits at the point where business problems become real systems. The Lead AI Solutions Engineer will work directly with clients, define solution architecture, and guide delivery teams from concept through to implementation.

It is well suited to someone who enjoys bringing structure to ambiguity, owning technical direction, and staying close to execution.

• Working with client stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into clear technical architectures
• Designing scalable, well‑documented AI and automation solutions
• Leading and coordinating engineers through build and rollout
  
  Acting as the technical anchor across solution design, delivery, and client communication

• Hands‑on experience in solution delivery, technical consulting, or architecture‑focused roles
• A strong track record of turning unclear requirements into structured, shippable solutions
• Experience leading or coordinating technical teams and delivery work streams
• Confidence working directly with clients and senior stakeholders
• Nice to have experience with AI or ML systems, LLMs, or agent‑based workflows

• Exposure to meaningful AI systems used by world‑leading enterprises
• High autonomy in technical and delivery decisions
• Strong technical peers and clear support for progression
• Real influence over how AI solutions are designed and delivered
