• Load and unload aircraft baggage safely and efficiently, using manual and mechanical methods in line with training.
• Carry out routine inspections of equipment before and during operations.
• Report faults, damage, or irregularities with equipment, facilities, or procedures promptly to management.
• Operate, position, and remove company equipment correctly, safely, and in accordance with training.

• Take responsibility for their own health and safety, and that of others at all times.
• Work closely with managers and supervisors to meet all legal and safety requirements.
• Use company equipment correctly and never misuse or interfere with safety systems.
• Immediately report any unsafe conditions, hazards, near‑misses, incidents, or accidents.
• Follow all health and safety rules, procedures, and training provided.
• Maintain a full understanding of the company’s Health & Safety Policy.
• Attend mandatory training sessions as required.

• Full UK Manual Driving Licence (essential) (max 6 points) (must have had the license for 1 year)
• Hands‑on work, must be mobile and able to move heavy luggage
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Fully flexible availability required

• Rotating shifts between 04:30 – 23:30
• 7 days on/3 days off, 7 days on/4 days off, or 6 days on/3 days off
• Includes weekends and public holidays
