• Ensure all Import / Export movements (All Modes of transport) are completed / covered efficiently.
• Import / Export Compliance (ASM Import / Export Entries).
• Maintaining Aviation Protocols.
• Liaise with customers.
• Manage and prioritise workload.
• Manage group inbox and reply in a timely and professional manner.

• 1–2 years experience in Freight Forwarding.
• 1–2 years experience in Import / Export documentation through all modes of transport.
• Excellent time keeping.
• Ability to communicate on all levels.
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Ability to adapt and be flexible.
• Full UK driving licence with less than 6 points.
• 5-year checkable employment history (no gaps in employment above 28 consecutive days).
• Right to work in the UK & have no disqualifying convictions.
