AO is seeking a Driver Account Manager to energise and grow its self-employed driver network. You’ll deliver training, onboard new contractors, monitor performance, and address driver and customer issues with a proactive, safety-focused approach.
The role is a 6-month fixed-term contract with a path to permanent hire depending on business needs and performance. You’ll lead with strong communication, manage training records, and provide exceptional service to both drivers and customers.
