Class 2 Hgv Driver

Overview

We are looking for experienced Class 2 HGV Drivers who are comfortable with pallet work and driving refrigerated vehicles. Loading and unloading is required.

• Drive Class 2 (C) vehicles and operate refrigerated units as required.
• Load and unload goods, handle palletised loads, and ensure safe handling practices.
• Follow delivery schedules and maintain accurate paperwork as required by the client and company policies.

• Category C Licence
• CPC Card & Digital Tachograph Card
• Minimum 2 years experience driving Class 2 vehicles (required for client insurance purposes)
• Experience driving refrigerated trucks and pallet handling
• No more than 6 points on your licence
• HGV Sat Nav
• Safety Boots & Hi Vis

• Monday to Friday shifts with competitive pay (£16.50 – £17.00 PAYE, inclusive of holiday pay for agency staff)
• Temp to perm opportunity; upon successful completion, salary increases to £34,912.72 per year based on a 40-hour contract, with overtime paid at a flat rate
• Annual leave: 28 days including bank holidays, with an extra day per year of service up to a maximum of 33 days
