We are currently recruiting Ramp Agents to join our team at Luton Airport. This is an excellent opportunity to start a career in aviation, with the potential to move from temporary to permanent employment for the right candidates.

As a Ramp Agent, you will play an important role in ensuring flights depart safely and on time.

Your duties may include:

• Loading and unloading passenger baggage and cargo

• Moving baggage between the terminal and aircraft

• Operating ground support equipment following training

• Assisting with aircraft turnaround operations

• Working safely around aircraft and airport equipment

• Following airport security, safety and operational procedures

• Working closely with colleagues and airline teams

• Completing tasks efficiently within strict turnaround times

• Previous airport, warehouse, logistics or manual‑handling experience is desirable but not essential

• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling

• Able to work outdoors in different weather conditions

• Comfortable working in a busy, fast‑paced environment

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Flexible approach to shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays

• Must be able to successfully complete the required airport security and background checks

Pay & Shifts

£14.25 per hour during winter

Shifts generally start from 05:00

Late shifts can finish around 00:00

Shift times may vary according to operational requirements and may change during summer.

5 on 3 off shift pattern
