About The Team You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Supervise daily warehouse activities, including goods receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and stock replenishment. Ensure all warehouse operations are completed in accordance with SOPs, GDP (where applicable), food safety requirements, and company standards. Monitor workflow throughout the shift and allocate labour effectively to meet operational priorities. Support smooth inbound and outbound operations while maintaining product quality and temperature integrity.

Monitor inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock investigations. Assist with stock reconciliation and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely manner. Ensure correct stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO where applicable) and proper storage practices. Support inventory audits and maintain accurate warehouse records.

Supervise warehouse operatives and temporary agency workers during daily operations. Conduct shift briefings, allocate work, and monitor productivity throughout the shift. Provide coaching, training, and on-the-job support to improve team capability and performance. Support attendance management, performance monitoring, and disciplinary processes in partnership with HR and Warehouse Management.

Promote a strong health and safety culture and ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements. Monitor safe working practices within chilled and frozen environments. Ensure PPE requirements are followed and warehouse equipment is operated safely. Report and investigate accidents, near misses, and operational incidents, implementing corrective actions where required.
