We're leading the logistics revolution, powering deliveries across the UK for some of the nation's biggest high‑street and online brands.

Whether you're handling parcels, coordinating routes, or managing depot operations, you will play a key role in maintaining our high standards and efficiency. - Supporting the operational team with KPI tracking, reporting, and performance data.
- Working closely with management to build strong working relationships and respond promptly to customer requests and queries.
- Ensuring all administrative tasks are completed accurately, efficiently, and within required time frames.
- Maintaining and updating spreadsheets and internal systems to support daily operations and reporting.
- Providing general administrative support to the Management team and assisting with additional tasks as required to meet business needs.
- Contributing to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to improve processes.
- Supporting compliance with health and safety standards across warehouse operations.
- Using Warehouse and Logistics Management Systems as part of daily activities (where applicable).
- Previous administration experience, ideally within a logistics, warehouse, or customer‑focused environment.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all aspects of your work.
- Confidence using PCs and internal systems, with strong spreadsheet skills that you'll use daily.
- Experience creating, maintaining, and reporting on KPI data.
- A proactive mindset with an understanding of continuous improvement principles.
- The ability to build positive working relationships with management teams and customers.
- An understanding of health and safety practices within an operational environment.
- Knowledge of Warehouse or Logistics Management Systems (desirable, but not essential).
- The right to work in the UK.
