Senior Vehicle Technician

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a reputable independent automotive specialist, for the position of Senior Vehicle Technician in Lutterworth, Leicestershire.

This is a highly sought-after opportunity for an experienced technician eager to work in a supportive environment, specialising in diagnostics and complex repairs.Benefits of a Senior Vehicle Technician:

• Basic salary ranging from £35,000 to £45,000, dependent on experience and qualifications

Duties of a Senior Vehicle Technician:

• Diagnosing complex mechanical and electrical faults efficiently and accurately
• Performing advanced repairs across a variety of vehicle makes and models
• Conducting servicing and maintenance to the highest standards
• Utilizing modern diagnostic equipment for fault identification
• Assisting and supporting junior technicians as required
• Ensuring all work complies with safety standards and quality expectations
• Maintaining precise workshop documentation and records

Requirements of a Senior Vehicle Technician:

• Level 3 NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
• Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician with strong diagnostic capabilities
• Confident performing complex mechanical and electrical repairs
• Outstanding fault-finding skills
• Proactive work ethic and pride in delivering high-quality workmanship
• Full valid UK driving licence
