BACP operate a hybrid working policy, the post holder will be required to attend BACP House in Lutterworth 1 day per week.
PurposeTo manage change activities across a variety of projects, assessing change impact, producing project related communications, engaging stakeholders and identifying training needs. To work across the organisation and with any external third parties to ensure high-quality change analysis and successful transition management. This role will support a number of cross-organisational projects associated with the Strategic Business Plan.
Accountabilities- 1. Work closely with the Insight, Planning & Change team to identify and drive change initiatives across the business
- 2. Develop plans that enable teams and the business to maximise change and positive outcomes from projects
- 3. Provide hands-on support in delivering key change activities throughout project coordination, stakeholder engagement and
- 4. Ensure actions are tracked, followed through, and communicated effectively across teams to ensure progress is monitored and
- 5. Perform Change Impact Assessments to identify impacted stakeholders and devise a tailored, people-focused change approach for projects and programmes
- 6. Work with the Communications team to design and deliver communications regarding change initiatives to help employees and members understand the reasons for changes and how they will be affected
- 7. Establish opportunities to proactively engage and guide stakeholders throughout the project transitions and lifecycle
- 8. Identify training needs for impacted stakeholders and work with the project lead, project manager and People and Culture team to design and support delivery of training
- 9. Work with the Insight, Planning and Change team to assess, monitor and report on the impact of changes and alignment with strategic priorities
- * 2+ years' experience of developingandimplementingeffectivechangestrategies within complex programmes or projects, related
- * Hold or willing to work towards recognised Change Management certification eg. APMG, Prosci, ACMP
- * Understanding and experience of applying projectmanagementapproaches and tools
- * Excellentanalyticalskills toassesstheimpactandrisksofchange with ability to think strategically and problem-solve
- * Experience of successfully engaging and managing stakeholders at all levels
- * Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, facilitation and presentation skills
