Customer Service Adviser (Delivery Booking Support)
Immediate start. Great opportunity to provide first‑class delivery booking support to a national retailer based at Magna Park.
Responsibilities- Advise customers about the delivery of newly purchased furniture.
- Rearrange deliveries due to imports and customer‑requested changes.
- Make outbound first‑line enquiries.
- Work in a call centre environment and support team spirit.
Core hours – 37.5 hours per week. This is a temp‑to‑perm position for the right candidate. Pay: £7.94 per hour.
