We have a very exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Team Leader to assist a national business based in Lutterworth. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a professional customer service team delivering first‑line support for a successful distribution centre. This role is temporary to permanent and can lead to further progression within the company. There are genuine progression opportunities within the business for star performers.

• Leading a team of 12-15 customer service staff
• Coaching team members in resolving customer enquiries
• Delivering expert customer service and prioritising their requests
• Processing orders via phone and internet
