The CTG Designer role blends imaginative thinking with practical execution across colour, trim, and graphics, turning strategic ideas into tangible, rider:focused experiences.
What You Will Do As CTG Designer- Lead end:to:end Colour, Trim, and Graphics (CTG) design for all projects, from early concept through to production handover
- Collaborate with Product Strategy, Industrial Design, and Brand teams to ensure every CTG Designer deliverable aligns with the project vision
- Translate CMF strategy into creative, technically feasible solutions for both vehicles and genuine motorcycle accessories.
- Conduct advanced CMF trend research and forecast future directions, turning insights into clear recommendations for the design team.
- Build 1:1 CTG concept vehicles for stakeholder approval, ensuring a strong visual and emotional connection to the final product.
- Proven experience in CTG Designer work, with a strong portfolio demonstrating colour, surface treatment, and graphic storytelling.
- Confident collaboration skills, able to partner with product managers, engineers, and suppliers while keeping design intent consistent.
- Ability to conduct CMF research, interpret trends, and maintain a structured material library to support ongoing innovation.
- Strong judgement and attention to detail, balancing creative direction with production practicality.
- Clear communication through presentations and documentation, helping stakeholders approve creative directions with confidence
