Overview

Aspire People is recruiting on behalf of a valued partner school in Lutterworth for a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 3 & Year 4 Teacher. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate primary teacher to join a welcoming and supportive school environment where high standards of teaching and learning are at the heart of everything they do.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
  • Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
  • Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress effectively.
  • Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all learners.
  • Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
  • Contribute to the wider life of the school community.
Requirements
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
  • Experience teaching within Key Stage 2, ideally Year 3 and/or Year 4.
  • Strong classroom management skills.
  • A commitment to raising attainment and supporting pupil development.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • A proactive and professional approach to teaching.
