Supply Primary Teacher - Hinckley & Surrounding Areas

Link3 Recruitment is seeking passionate and dedicated Supply Primary Teachers to work across welcoming primary schools in Hinckley and the surrounding areas.

This is a fantastic opportunity for Qualified Teachers looking for flexible work, regular supply opportunities, or the chance to experience a variety of Primary School settings
. We are recruiting Teachers to work across all year groups within primary education, from Early Years through to Year 6.

Whether you are looking for day-to-day supply, longer-term assignments, or your next permanent opportunity, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging, high-quality lessons across a range of primary year groups
  • Adapt teaching to meet the needs of pupils and individual school requirements
  • Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
  • Maintain high standards of behaviour and classroom management
  • Follow lesson plans and ensure continuity of learning
  • Assess, monitor, and support pupil progress where required
  • Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and school communities
  • Promote pupils' academic, social, and emotional development
  • Be flexible and confident working across different primary school settings
Requirements
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
  • Previous experience teaching within a UK primary school
  • Experience across one or more primary year groups
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A flexible, enthusiastic, and professional approach
  • A genuine passion for supporting children's learning
  • Ability to quickly adapt to different school environments
Safeguarding & Compliance
  • All applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK
  • An Enhanced DBS (Child Workforce) on the Update Service is required, or willingness to apply prior to starting
  • All relevant safeguarding and compliance checks will be completed before placement
