Centrica's Military & Elite Athlete Talent Placement – Facilitation Lead (Learning & Development) North offers a 12-month fixed term placement based at Centrica Park, Leicester, with travel to Glasgow and other sites. The role is hybrid with national travel and flexible hours to fit training schedules.
You will lead a team of facilitators, align delivery with strategic goals, coach performance, influence stakeholders, and use data to improve learner outcomes.
