Management Accountant

Incredible opening for a Management Accountant to join a market leader in their field. The business has exciting plans for growth both in the UK and globally over the coming years and the right candidate will play a pivotal role supporting strategic planning and operational decision-making through high-quality analysis. This is a highly visible role with a clear plan of development and progression once established in the business.

About the Role Preparation of monthly management accounts, including full P&L responsibility, balance sheet recs and variance. Progressively automate reporting and streamline month-end processes. Delivery of monthly reporting packs with KPI's, gross margin & overheads. Collaborate with finance to produce budgeting, forecasting & analysis. Work closely with the Financial Controller to deliver audit. Investigate costs across sales, material, labour. Business Partner Operations, Production, Planning and other business departments.

Develop and refine costing models, margin reports and KPI's. Manage ERP update and standardise management reporting processes once live.

Qualifications ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified. Or Qualified by experience with 10 years+ experience. Required Skills Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and accounting systems). Relevant experience from a manufacturing/engineering/Logistics/Project-Based environment. Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to deal with colleagues at all levels within the organisation. Able to work under pressure to tight deadlines. Desire to progress into a more commercially focussed role once established with the  return you'll be working for an organisation that values its employees above all else.
