Job Title: On-site Recruitment Consultant
Location: Lutterworth
Pay rate: £13.24p/h
Working Hours: Sunday (06:00 - 16:00) to Wednesday (12:00 - 22:00)
Experience: Previous experience working in Logistics recruitment - essential

Nexus Peopleare looking for a reliable and proactive On-Site Coordinator to join our recruitment team at Magna Park, Lutterworth.

This is a hands‑on role working directly with our clients and temporary workforce, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations on site.

• Dealing with all aspects of Recruitment, from attraction to onboarding
• Managing interviews & assessments and proactively maintaining a pool of available candidates
• Completing all compliance & referencing checks, in line with company policy
• Remaining aware of local area competition, fluctuations in pay rates, and changes to candidate activity
• Providing supply reports when required/requested

The suitable candidate will have the ability to work in a busy environment and will be able to multi‑task and juggle a number of different projects all at once.

• Working Sunday to Wednesday
  • 12:00 - 22:00

We are looking for people with a recruitment background who understand the requirement for flexibility when it comes to working hours and days.

This is a full‑time role, but there will be times when you may be required to do additional hours, during the busier periods.

You will have excellent communication skills and your IT and Computer knowledge will be good too.

You may be asked to be on call when out of the office, so the ability to deal with issues promptly and professionally is required.
