IT Data Analyst Intern

Salary: £25,000 - 25,000 per year

• We are looking for an IT or Engineering intern / placement year student for a 12-month placement.
• We need someone with a clear understanding of the importance of effective business analysis and properly documented processes.
• We would value experience with Google Cloud Platform and Google Applications, although this is not essential.
• We would value a good command of a scripting language such as JavaScript, Google Apps, HTML, or Java.
• You must have your own transport and be able to travel to Bruntingthorpe daily.
• You should be able to work on an office-based placement in a location not easily accessed by public transport.

• We will ask you to investigate and document the current AS IS process.
• We will need you to identify opportunities to improve processes and achieve greater value from the tools available.
• We will have you implement, configure, and support software and processes used throughout the Product Design process.
• We will expect you to work with IT and business stakeholders to understand what is done and how.
• We will rely on you to gather insights from stakeholders and operational teams to create clearly documented processes.
• We will need you to help ensure processes are clearly understood and continuously improved.

We are a global manufacturing organisation offering a genuinely interesting and challenging 12-month internship/placement year role with a strong business focus. This is an office-based opportunity in Bruntingthorpe, and you will need your own transport to reach us daily. You will work closely with IT and business stakeholders and play an important part in improving the software and processes used throughout our Product Design process.
