Up to £65,000  Benefits We are recruiting for an experienced Dynamics 365 Project Manager to join a growing organisation undergoing significant digital transformation. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of business-critical Dynamics 365 projects, working closely with stakeholders, end users and third-party partners to deliver successful implementations and drive long-term business improvements.

The Role As Dynamics 365 Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of system implementation and enhancement projects across the organisation.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing end-to-end Dynamics 365 implementation projects from discovery through to go-live and hypercare. Facilitating workshops and gathering business requirements from key stakeholders. Managing relationships with third-party vendors, implementation partners and suppliers. Coordinating project plans, timelines, budgets, risks and dependencies. Supporting data migration, system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Driving stakeholder engagement and ensuring successful user adoption. Translating business requirements into practical system solutions.

Providing regular project updates to senior stakeholders and leadership teams. Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and aligned to business objectives. About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
Proven experience delivering Dynamics 365 projects. Strong project management experience across business systems implementations. Experience managing third-party vendors and implementation partners. Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills. Experience overseeing UAT, deployment, user adoption and post-go-live support. Excellent communication and relationship management skills. Strong understanding of project governance, RAID management and delivery methodologies.
