The Opportunity

You'll join an experienced and collaborative team, taking responsibility for servicing and developing a dedicated portfolio of commercial insurance clients.

Working across SME, mid-market or corporate accounts, depending on your experience, you'll manage renewals, negotiate with insurers, provide technical advice and build lasting client relationships.

You'll also work closely with Account Executives, supporting new business opportunities and ensuring clients receive exceptional service.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing and servicing a portfolio of commercial insurance clients.

• Handling renewals, marketing risks, negotiating terms and preparing client presentations.

• Providing technical advice across a broad range of commercial insurance products.

• Processing mid-term adjustments, quotations and policy documentation.

• Building strong relationships with clients, insurers and underwriting teams.

• Supporting Account Executives with new business placements and ongoing servicing.

• Identifying opportunities to enhance cover and strengthen client relationships.

• Maintaining excellent service, compliance and client retention standards.

About You

We're keen to speak with Commercial Account Handlers, Senior Account Handlers and Commercial Insurance Brokers who offer:

• Experience with in commercial insurance broking, covering SME, mid-market or corporate clients.

• Good technical knowledge across a range of commercial insurance classes.

• Confidence managing renewals and negotiating with insurers.

• Excellent client relationship management and communication skills.

• Strong organisation, attention to detail and a proactive approach.

• A genuine commitment to delivering outstanding client service.

CII qualifications are advantageous, although practical experience and technical ability are equally valued.
