Factory Production Operatives

We are hiring 4 experienced Production Operatives for a high-precision medical manufacturing site in Lutterworth.

This is a technical factory role, not a standard warehouse position. You will be responsible for:

• Blending powders and operating machinery to produce medical tablets.

• Following strict, step-by-step processes where accuracy is non-negotiable.

• Consistent manual handling and heavy lifting.

• You must be comfortable in a production environment (machine operation/assembly).

• Exceptional literacy, numeracy, and an eye for detail.

• You can commit to the afternoon shift and are local to Lutterworth.

• 14.21 per hour (37.5 hours paid weekly).
